Subscription Terms

Subscription Services

Some features or services provided through the Website require a fee-based subscription (all fee-based subscriptions are referred to as “Subscription Services”). If you choose to purchase Subscription Services, you understand that your subscription is personal to you and the members of your household. You may not transfer or make available your account name and password to others, including, but not limited to, your co-workers. Canceling Subscription Services

Recipinned is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, or failure of any email or redemption to be received by Recipinned on account of technical problems or traffic congestion online or on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from downloading any materials consistent with this Trial or subsequent use of Recipinned.

If, for any reason, the Trial offer is not capable of running online as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Recipinned which threaten, corrupt, or adversely affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Trial offer, Recipinned reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, or suspend the offer and/or any Trials.
